Figur-Sparbüchse

Figures are made of natural material - clay. The raw clay is first processed to the required state making it plastic and then is spun to the conical shape of figure base. Using a scalpel and other special tools, the modeller completes the figure to the desired look. Every figure is made by specific movement. We can Theoretically say that modeller will make her alive with his capability.

After modelling, the figures have to dry equally. During this process, water is evaporated from the product and changes its shape. The process can't be accelerated in order to prevent the product from cracking or deforming in an undesirable way. It takes four to seven days in regular room temperature of 18-25°C to dry out completely.

After firing in the ceramic kiln, figures are glazed and goes back to the kiln. Finally, they are customized, packed and finalized into selling product.

The whole manufacturing process usually takes between twelve and twenty days, depending on the size of the product.
